Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, LaTonya worked at Axiom in enterprise sales, advising C-level executives at some of the world’s largest in-house legal teams. She built trust and introduced innovative solutions while driving new business and cultivating long-term relationships within the financial services sector.
