She leads large-scale strategy and transformation engagements in the financial services, healthcare, media, and public sectors. Prashasti’s areas of expertise include organizational strategy and effectiveness, change management, operating model design and transformation, digitization, and automation.
Prashasti shapes culture transformation, talent strategy design, and change management at the corporate and functional levels. She advises clients on entity setup, privatization, M&A restructuring, salesforce transformation, and digital initiatives leveraging RPA, AI, and blockchain technologies.
Prashasti develops comprehensive change management strategies that address impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, employee communications, and training. Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Prashasti worked at another leading global executive search firm.
