Experience
Adrian works with leading technology companies and VC/PE funds in the Nordics and across Northern Europe on key executive hires across functions. He has supported exciting scale-ups in the Nordics on hiring CEOs, CCOs, CTOs, and CFOs to drive their international expansion and market entry into EMEA and U.S. markets.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Adrian worked at the intersection of the financial services, technology, and financial officers practices of another leading Nordic executive search firm.
Adrian is passionate about technology and gadgets and rigorously follows news boards, trends, and events both for work and as his personal hobby. He believes in the power of technology and innovation as the single most important factor to drive productivity and growth, improving the everyday lives of people and our societies as a whole.
