Jessica Nagle is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office and a member of the Financial Officers and Sustainability practices. Her search experience includes corporate CFO and other senior-level financial officer assignments and heads of M&A, strategy, and operations.
Experience
Jessica has more than fifteen years of experience in executive search on a global scale. In addition to focusing on finance, strategy, and sustainability officers, she has placed executives at both public and private companies across a variety of functional roles, including CEO and board. In addition to her client work, Jessica supported the prior chief operating officer as chief of staff.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Jessica was in the private equity and sustainability practices at another leading executive search firm. She began her career in economic planning at a Fortune 200 company.
