Overview
Rodney Ng is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Hong Kong office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice, focusing on real estate, financial officers, and CEO and board of directors searches. He helps clients capture opportunities and navigate changes through their people strategy, including leadership change and succession planning.
Experience
Rodney has extensive experience advising clients on their C-level leadership issues, from recruitment to organizational advisory. With more than 18 years of human capital consulting and executive search experience, he supports a range of corporate and financial services clients across APAC, including MNCs and local conglomerates, real estate firms (investors, operators, and developers), banks, and asset managers.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rodney was a consultant at a UK corporate infrastructure and enablement specialist firm. He also spent more than eight years at another top-tier international executive search and advisory firm as a member of the financial services practice group, covering banking, asset management, and real estate in Asia. Rodney started his consulting and executive search career at a Swedish human capital consulting firm.
