Experience
Rodney has extensive experience advising clients on their C-level leadership issues from recruitment to organizational advisory. With more than 15 years of human capital consulting and executive search experience, he supports a range of corporate and financial services clients across APAC, including MNCs and local conglomerates, real estate firms (investors, operators, and developers), banks, and asset managers.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Rodney was a consultant at a UK corporate infrastructure and enablement specialist firm. Before that, he spent more than eight years at another top tier international executive search and advisory firm as a member of the financial services practice group, including real estate, in Asia. He started his consulting and executive search career at a Swedish human capital consulting firm.
