Overview
Bryce O’Meara is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. Bryce specializes in senior-level financial officer assignments for publicly held and privately owned companies on behalf of a broad spectrum of clients across the financial services and financial technology industries.
Experience
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Bryce was research lead for the legal and financial services practices of another executive search firm. In that capacity, Bryce was responsible for all aspects of research, knowledge management, and analytics for the U.S. across the legal and financial services sectors.
Prior to executive search, Bryce gained extensive legal experience with a general practice law office in New York. While there, Bryce became well-versed in the numerous intricacies and inner workings of the legal profession, including research that he now applies to his current work.
