Overview
Joe Olson is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' Miami office and a member of the Financial Officers Practice. He assists clients in building out their finance teams, including CFO, CFO staff, and audit chair roles for both public and private equity-backed companies.
Experience
Joe has broad industry expertise across consumer markets, including retail, restaurants, and consumer goods; the technology sector, including semiconductors and software; and the healthcare and industrial sectors. He has more than 15 years of executive search experience, with the last decade focused solely on CFO roles.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joe led the CFO practice at a fast-growing boutique executive search firm.
Education
Texas A&M University, Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Development & Organizational Psychology
