Over the past 15 years, she has worked alongside executive teams at global companies, helping them translate ambitious transformation agendas into measurable business results.
Previously, Kirsty spent seven years at Accenture, working with senior executives to shape strategies for changing industries, challenge established assumptions, and identify the opportunities most likely to create growth.
Kirsty began her career with the UN in Ghana, helping establish and run human rights mediation centers across 15 provinces. The experience shaped her belief that lasting change requires more than a clear strategy; it depends on creating the commitment people need to turn that strategy into action.
