Hannah Peech is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and leads the Corporate Affairs & Communications Practice in Europe, the U.K., and Africa. She works with clients across strategic global markets, including Brussels, Washington, D.C., and New York.

Hannah works with businesses seeking to protect, enhance, or shift their reputation. She advises on the fast-evolving candidate market and talent pools of professionals who can help companies to engage with audiences across multiple channels. Her network spans the U.K. and EU governments, media professionals, and functional corporate affairs, government affairs, and communications professionals in the private and public sectors, as well as corporate affairs consultancies.
Hannah advises on the structure and design of external affairs functions at the executive committee level, as well as on corporate affairs director roles and associated positions spanning policy, government affairs, internal communications, sustainability, media relations, investor relations, corporate communications, marketing communications, and corporate affairs operations.
Hannah joined Heidrick from Odgers, where she was a Partner and led the corporate affairs and communications practice for 10 years, after four years managing CEO and board recruitment in the not-for-profit practice. She began her career working at a marketing and communications agency.
