Jimmy Prencipe is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Boston office based in Northwest Arkansas. He leverages a consultative approach he developed over 15 years in executive search, assessment, and corporate human resources as a member of the Industrial and Consumer Markets practices.
Experience
Jimmy focuses on C-suite, business unit, and senior functional searches for publicly-traded, family-owned, and private equity- and venture capital-backed companies.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jimmy led people operations at Tyson Foods, overseeing a team of 1,400, with a focus on talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, HR technology, and analytics.
Earlier in his career, Jimmy worked in the industrial practice of a global executive search firm and led the executive recruiting function at Walmart.
Jimmy also served in the United States Marine Corps and the United States Navy Reserve and concluded a 10-month active-duty deployment with the Navy in 2009, serving as an all-source intelligence analyst with a task force in Iraq.
