Experience
Maya’s experience spans cybersecurity, enterprise software, AI, fintech, healthcare technology, and consumer technology. She works with private equity- and venture capital-backed organizations as well as publicly traded companies, advising on critical leadership and functional roles, including CEOs and senior executives across R&D, product, sales, and marketing.
Maya began her career at Heidrick & Struggles in New York City, partnering with U.S.-based and global technology clients. She later relocated to Tel Aviv to help establish the firm’s Israel office, with a focus on the high-tech ecosystem.
