Overview
Ugo Posada is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Bogotá office and the leader of our Private Equity Practice for Latin America. He specializes in C-suite and board searches across industries, with a strong focus on technology and services.
Experience
Ugo spent more than a decade at Advent International, where he led executive searches across financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and technology, and headed the portfolio support group for Colombia and Mexico.
In addition to executive search, Ugo advises on organizational design, performance, talent development, culture, HR systems, and executive coaching. Earlier, he worked at a leading U.S. management consulting firm and as an HR executive for a multinational in the U.K.
Ugo serves on the board of Fundación Hogar Nueva Granada, mentors with Endeavor Colombia, and is a fellow of the Aspen Institute’s “Liderando Colombia 2050” initiative.
