Ugo Posada is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Bogotá office and a member of the Private Equity and Technology practices. He specializes in C-suite and board searches across industries, with a strong focus on Latin America.
Experience
Ugo spent more than a decade at Advent International, where he led executive searches across financial services, healthcare, hospitality, and technology, and headed the portfolio support group for Colombia and Mexico.
In addition to executive search, Ugo advises on organizational design, performance, talent development, culture, HR systems, and executive coaching. Earlier, he worked at a leading U.S. management consulting firm and as an HR executive for a multinational in the U.K.
