Overview

Anne Rockey is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office. She leads the firm’s North America region and is a member of the management committee. As a member of the global Consumer Markets and CEO & Board of Directors practices, she identifies and recruits key talent for chief executive officer, chief executive successor, board director, division president, and marketing leadership roles.

 

Experience

Anne works with global Fortune 500 corporations, private equity and venture portfolio companies, and founder- and family-led organizations in the consumer space.

Throughout her career, Anne has been a trusted advisor to CEOs, C-suite executives, and boards on a wide range of strategic and organizational issues. She is known for her depth of experience in succession planning and her unique ability to identify and assess top talent across verticals to drive growth and transformation. She has extensive, first-hand experience leading, assembling, developing, and mentoring high-performance individuals and cross-functional teams. Most recently, she was the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago office.

Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Anne was an executive vice president of Leo Burnett, a leading global marketing organization. For more than 15 years, her unique set of client experiences positioned her as a strategic innovator with depth in building brands for several of the world’s largest and most respected consumer packaged goods companies.

Anne is an active alumna of The Latin School of Chicago, where she served multiple terms on the board of trustees. She is also a member of The Breakthrough Board, which supports The University of Chicago’s cancer research, and a sustaining member of the Guild Board of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.
