Overview
Drew Reidy is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Technology Officers, Consumer Markets, and Industrial practices. He works with a variety of clients across industrial, consumer, financial services, software, technology, healthcare, life sciences, and government, with a particular focus on recruiting senior digital, data, and technology leaders.
Experience
Drew works with both Fortune 1000 and private-equity-backed organizations across all areas of technology leadership, focusing on placing transformative chief information, technology, digital, and data officers, as well as senior leaders in commerce, engineering, product, data, AI, infrastructure, applications, architecture, and security roles.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Drew spent four years at AlphaSights, a global leader in on-demand talent, where he was a part of the firm’s private equity and principal investors practice, partnering with major management consulting and private equity firms to recruit executives advising on the due diligence of consumer and industrial assets.
