Over her 20-year career as a growth strategy consultant, Elizabeth has helped create more than $2 billion in new value through programs, products, and new business models across industries, including media and entertainment, consumer packaged goods, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals.
Before Heidrick & Struggles, Elizabeth was a division president at Material+ and was the CEO, Europe, of ?What If! Innovation. She was the lead strategist at Faith Popcorn’s BrainReserve, where she authored the Notes from the Future series.
Elizabeth advises C-suite leaders who face critical points in the company lifecycle and innovates solutions for leadership transitions, performance decline, technology disruption, and talent erosion.
