Experience
With more than 15 years of experience in executive search, François-Xavier's engagements in banking, insurance, payment, real estate, and post-trade industry range in scale from global to pan-European, and local, at the board and C-suite levels. He has strong financial officer expertise and has completed a variety of CFO searches in various industries across Europe.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, François-Xavier led the Belgian financial services and CFO practices at another international executive search firm.
Previously, he worked in supply chain at Gillette, in corporate finance at Rhodia, and consulting at Keaton. He is fluent in French, English, and Dutch.
