Joanna has search experience in various industry sectors, including energy, sustainability, renewables, infrastructure, logistics, and manufacturing across European and international markets. Many of her assignments are cross-border senior management roles. She also has experience in conducting leadership assessment engagements and board-level projects.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joanna worked in another international search firm.
Of Polish origin, Joanna is fluent in Polish, English, and Spanish and has good knowledge of French.
