Tibor focuses on the manufacturing industry and the automotive sector. He has extensive expertise working with private equity and private debt companies, banks, and families. He guides change situations from positive change thinking through to restructuring or turnaround with the necessary tact and prudence.
Before joining Atreus, Tibor was an in-house consultant and managing director of an industrial consulting firm and human resources consultant. In 2009, he established the interim management division within a private equity company and has been intensively involved in this service since. He also worked as a partner at various service providers.
Tibor is a member of TMA, BVK, and VWI. He is also a member of the Jugend Aktiv e.V. board and coaches high school graduates in their career and study choices.
