Atif Sheikh is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and leads the Performance Culture Center of Excellence. Building on his experience as CEO of businessfourzero, a leading next-generation consultancy acquired by Heidrick & Struggles in 2023, he helps organizations align their purpose, strategy, and culture to drive step changes in execution, performance, and societal impact.

With a strong client focus, Atif partners with companies navigating major transformation to design and embed purpose-driven strategies, strengthen culture, and build the capabilities needed for sustainable growth.
Previously, he spent nearly 20 years at ?What If! as a director and business leader in Europe, helping ambitious organizations create new products, brands, services, and business models while developing their in-house innovation capabilities.
Atif co-authored Every Team Actually Doing Business Better with Darren Ashby. He is an angel investor in Skin + Me and DASH Water. He is somewhat proficient in French and Italian, with rather rusty Japanese and Russian.
Education
Cambridge University, Master’s Degree in Social & Political Science
