Claire Skinner is the global managing partner of Heidrick Consulting and a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office. She is a member of the CEO & Board of Directors, Industrial, and Private Equity practices.
Experience
Claire has more than 25 years of experience advising on CEO and C-suite succession and board appointments.
She works globally with clients across the energy, utilities, low-carbon technologies, and sustainability sectors, delivering boardroom and leadership solutions, talent strategy, and advisory services.
Her clients span major public, family-owned, and financial sponsor-owned companies, as well as global pension funds, private equity firms, and philanthropic foundations. She also has substantial expertise building investment teams for global asset managers investing in critical energy and environmental infrastructure, climate technology, and natural capital.
Claire currently leads Heidrick Consulting globally and previously led Heidrick & Struggles’ business in Europe & Africa.
