Claudia Schneider is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Munich office and a member of the global Human Resources Officers and Financial Officers Practices. She advises clients across the DACH region on filling chief people officer and chief financial officer roles.
Experience
Working with clients across Germany and Switzerland, Claudia recruits globally minded executives for international organizations. She focuses on leaders who can operate effectively across borders, cultures, and complex stakeholder environments, with a strong sector focus on consumer and industrial businesses. She regularly leads cross-border search engagements across Europe and the United States.
Claudia founded the Women Board Circle, an initiative that supports senior female executives as they prepare for and step into board mandates, strengthening diverse leadership pipelines at the board level.
Having lived in Uruguay, Canada, the Netherlands, Spain, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and the United States, Claudia brings a deeply international perspective to her work. She is fluent in German, English, Spanish, French, and Dutch.
