Dave Staunton is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and a member of the Performance Culture Practice, helping clients build high-performance cultures. He partners with C-suite leaders to accelerate initiatives across purpose, strategy, and culture.
Experience
Dave has more than 15 years of experience helping organizations address complex strategic challenges through a combination of commercial rigor, human-centered insight, facilitation, and coaching. His work focuses on aligning strategy, culture, and execution.
Previously, Dave was a director at businessfourzero, advising C-suite leaders at multinational public companies and private equity–backed growth businesses, including asset management and private investment firms, as well as one of the world’s largest retailers.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dave spent 10 years at Monitor Deloitte, specializing in commercial and innovation strategy across the technology, media, and telecommunications sectors. He has also mentored entrepreneurs through London-based charities, helping young founders build and scale businesses.
