Overview
David Sebe is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Johannesburg office and a member of the sub-Saharan Africa Financial Officers Practice. He leads search engagements across sectors for chief financial officers and other finance professionals, reporting directly to group chief financial officers.
Experience
David advises listed, private equity-backed, and privately owned companies on board-level chief financial officer appointments. He focuses on engagements across sub-Saharan Africa for group CFOs, regional CFOs, divisional CFOs, financial controllers, treasurers, heads of audit, and investor relations executives.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, David spent nearly four years as a researcher and organizational development (OD) consultant at the Johannesburg-based management consulting boutique firm. He focused on assisting organizations in various industries to address complex adaptive challenges through applied research and other related OD methodologies.
