Jane Schroeder


Jane Schroeder is a principal in Heidrick and Struggles’ London office and a member of Heidrick Consulting.


With more than 18 years of experience, Jane focuses on all aspects of leadership and talent management. She is particularly passionate about leadership assessment and development and has extensive expertise in the assessment of leadership capabilities and potential, for both selection and development.

Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jane was talent director for ENGIE, responsible for the group’s talent management strategy. Previously, she worked in international consultancy, where she led projects across talent management, leadership development, and culture change. During this time, she partnered with a range of blue-chip organizations spanning fast-moving consumer goods, engineering, telecommunications, hospitality, and finance.

She is a chartered occupational psychologist and a member of the Register of Qualifications in Occupational Test Use.
