Lisa Sharpenberg is director of client development at Business Talent Group (BTG), a Heidrick & Struggles on-demand talent company. She works with organizations to identify and address leadership and talent needs, connecting clients with specialized expertise and on-demand talent solutions.
Experience
Prior to joining BTG, Lisa led sales growth and client engagement across the Atlanta market at RGP. She managed a portfolio of strategic accounts, developed and executed account growth plans, and partnered with C-suite executives and senior business leaders to understand complex business challenges and align consulting expertise with client priorities.
Her experience spans new business development, account expansion, client relationship management, and consulting solution delivery. Taking a strategic and consultative approach to client engagement, she collaborates across teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions and identify new opportunities throughout the Atlanta and Southeast markets.
