Overview
Mike Schwanke is a partner with Atreus, a Heidrick & Struggles executive interim management company. He is the vice president of commercial and operations in DACH for On-Demand Talent (ODT) and co-leader of our Munich-based ODT business. He also leads the ODT Consumer Practice.
Experience
Mike has more than 20 years of leadership experience in general management, marketing and e-commerce, sales, digital transformation, and program management. He focuses on projects and programs in digital transformation, growth, value increase, restructuring, and staffing interim top-management positions.
Mike has experience in dynamic and competitive industries, including telecommunications, tourism, gastronomy, and retail. His expertise spans listed companies, family businesses, and private equity with multiple stakeholders, board members, and advisors. He has several years of experience in multinational co-working, especially with European and American people, in many projects and programs.
Prior to joining Atreus, Mike had several senior management positions in well-known international companies.
