Natalie Frost Strain is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ San Francisco office and a member of the global Technology & Services and Venture Capital practices. She works with high-growth, disruptive companies across the broader technology sector on CEO and board succession, as well as product and technical leadership roles.
Experience
Natalie rejoined Heidrick & Struggles after working as a senior consultant at The Miles Group, advising CEOs and boards on CEO and senior team succession, senior-level assessments, and team effectiveness. Before that, she was at Bessemer Venture Partners, where she worked closely with founders, CEOs, and investment partners across the firm’s portfolio on critical leadership hires and advised CEOs on talent strategy and executive transitions.
Natalie’s passion for working with ambitious founders and leaders, particularly at AI-native and technology companies, allows her to support clients to deliver outsized impact.
