Jesse Tepperman is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto office and a member of the Industrial Practice. He focuses on industrial goods and technology clients, recruiting senior leaders in profit-and-loss (P&L), commercial, and operational roles for private equity sponsors and portfolio companies, Fortune 500 companies, and high-growth organizations.
Experience
Jesse advises clients through growth, operational transformation, and leadership transitions. He partners with private equity sponsors and public companies on executive leadership mandates across industrial goods, manufacturing, and technology-enabled businesses, with a focus on commercial, operational, and profit-and-loss leadership roles.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jesse was a principal at a boutique executive search firm, advising clients across industrial and related sectors. Earlier, he was director of business and legal affairs at Boat Rocker Media, a global integrated entertainment company. He began his career as an associate in the business law group at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP, focusing on corporate and commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture financing transactions for public and private companies.
Jesse is called to the Ontario Bar and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario.
