Mohamad Turk is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and leads the Industrial Practice across the Middle East and North Africa. He focuses on director, CEO, and board-level searches across family-owned businesses, process industries including chemicals and mining, aerospace and defense, energy, industrial goods and technology, and engineering and industrial services.
Experience
Throughout his career, Mohamad has conducted CEO searches across a range of markets in the Middle East for both public and privately held companies. His knowledge of the region, market dynamics, and industry landscape has earned him his clients' trust as a trusted advisor.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mohamad spent 13 years with another executive search firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the business leader, he helped many clients transform their operations. Throughout his career, Mohamad held a variety of roles in the telecom industry, including project development and project management with increasing levels of responsibility.
Mohamad was the chairman of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) in the Middle East from 2017 to 2020.
