Mohamad Turk is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Dubai office and a member of the global Industrial Practice. He focuses on director, CEO, and board-level search across family-owned businesses, process industries including chemicals and mining, as well as aerospace and defense, energy, industrial goods and technology, and engineering and industrial services.
Experience
Throughout his career, Mohamad has conducted CEO searches across a range of markets in the Middle East for public and privately-held companies. His knowledge of the region, market dynamics, and the industry landscape, have earned him the trust of his clients as a trusted advisor.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mohamad spent 13 years with another executive search firm based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the leader of the business, he helped many clients transform their businesses. Throughout his career, Mohamad held a variety of roles in the telecom industry including project development and project management with increasing levels of responsibility.
Mohamad was a chairman of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) in the Middle East from 2017 to 2020.
