Sydney Tagen is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office and a member of the Financial Services Practice. She focuses on placing executive leaders in commercial real estate and consumer and commercial financial services.
Experience
Sydney works with clients in public and private markets for real estate private equity, owner/operators, REITs, prop tech, corporate real estate, and hospitality clients. These mandates cover acquisitions, originations, development, finance and accounting, lending, asset and portfolio management, investor relations, operations, capital raising, property management, and corporate services.
She conducts CEO, CFO, COO, and senior management searches for leading firms within consumer and commercial finance sectors, including mortgage, retail banking, commercial banking, payments, cards, and financial technology.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Sydney was a member of the financial services practice at another global executive search firm.
