Experience
Thalia has 25 years of experience spanning senior industry leadership, strategy consulting, entrepreneurship, scientific research, and leadership advisory.
Her career includes global and regional leadership roles at Novartis and Sandoz and strategy consulting experience at McKinsey & Company and Oliver Wyman. She was also a postdoctoral researcher at Columbia University and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, building a strong foundation in science and innovation.
Drawing on her experience across markets, functions, and organizations, Thalia combines deep healthcare and life sciences expertise with an understanding of how to connect strategy, science, and commercial execution.
