Adam Vaughan is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles' London office, and a member of the global Financial Services Practice.
Experience
Adam has dual oversight: advising global clients on succession, leadership development, and CEO and board appointments across the FinTech ecosystem, and advising financial services clients on technology, operating, digital, cyber, and data & AI C-suite executive appointments.
His work in FinTech since 2006 includes market infrastructure, exchanges, post-trade, transaction services, payments, software, data and information services, crypto, and digital asset platforms.
At the same time, Adam has advised clients across a full range of corporate and investment banking, global markets, consumer financial services, insurance, private equity, investment management, and hedge fund sectors.
