Experience
Dorothy advises tech-enabled businesses on senior leadership appointments and investment platforms on hiring senior investment professionals across APAC.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Dorothy spent three years at a boutique search firm in Singapore, where she conducted searches for venture capital and private equity funds, with a particular emphasis on portfolio leadership hiring in software and fintech.
Before that, she spent six years based in London, focused on hiring senior investment professionals into funds across Europe. In addition to her work with general partners, Dorothy has appointed C-suite executives into commercial and functional roles within financial services and technology portfolio companies.
