Jenny is an experienced executive search consultant focusing on senior-level executive positions in the biotechnology, biopharmaceuticals, medical devices, med-tech, and healthcare sectors across China and Asia. Her clients include multinational organizations with key operations in China.
Jenny leverages this experience to help up-and-coming Chinese companies to globalize successfully with the right talent mix. She has strong expertise in identifying talent with success in a global environment and her clients find value in her sound business judgment.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Jenny worked with other international executive search firms, where she oversaw the development of the practice. In her earlier career, she worked for global market leaders including Emerson and Mobil Oil in their respective marketing organizations.
