Overview
Jiat-Hui Wu is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Singapore office, co-lead of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice for Southeast Asia, and a member of the Financial Services Practice. She has expertise across asset management, banking, insurance, and financial technology and rich functional experience in technology, digital transformation, and human resources.
Experience
Jiat-Hui advises leading financial institutions in Southeast Asia and Singapore-headquartered organizations on leadership consulting, executive search, board appointments and composition, and C-suite succession planning. Her work draws on industry experience and a focus on leadership and talent development.
Previously, Jiat-Hui was head of the financial services practice of another global executive search firm in Singapore, working on senior C-suite roles across the APAC region.
Before entering leadership consulting, Jiat-Hui worked in banking and global markets. She had senior positions in international banking, including head of credit sales, ASEAN, for HSBC and co-head of FICC distribution, Southeast Asia, for UBS.
Earlier in her career, she worked at J.P. Morgan and DBS Bank.
Jiat-Hui serves on the board of directors of the Singapore International Chamber of Commerce and is a fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
