Kate specialises in CEO searches and creating top-performing, resilient leadership teams equipped to lead in a world defined by change, challenge, and therefore, enormous opportunity. She also works with clients to develop, coach, and mentor their internal talent. 

With more than 15 years of experience operating in multisite environments, Kate understands that leadership quality and strategic succession planning are critical success factors in today’s volatile multisite market.

Kate spent a decade with another global executive search firm before joining Heidrick & Struggles. There, she built successful leadership teams for some of the world’s leading multisite retail, hospitality, and healthcare players. She began her career in business journalism with The Sunday Times.
