Lucy Watson is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ London Office and a member of Heidrick Consulting. She is a business change specialist with a breadth of people and organization capabilities in leadership alignment, culture change, communications, talent management, and workforce planning.


Lucy has experience in large scale, complex, multi-year transformation programmes across the private and public sectors, performing programme lead roles and leading specialist people related work streams. This experience allows her to recognize the barriers to engagement and performance and to empower leaders to shift the dial on what’s important. She’s passionate about individual and team development and creating the right environment for people to thrive.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Lucy was in a major consulting firm’s people and organization practice where she focused on helping organizations and leaders understand their talent needs during times of transformation and change. Before that, Lucy worked in industry senior HR and project roles giving her a unique blend of consulting skills and internal human resources insight.

She is a certified PRINCE2 Practitioner.
