He specializes in senior-level searches in multiple international geographies across asset classes and functions. His experience beyond executive search includes talent assessment, compensation, and incentives.
Experience
Luke’s search practice includes partnering with banks, asset managers, insurance companies, pension funds, private capital, and alternative platforms. Luke leads senior-level searches across a broad spectrum of business lines and functional roles in Canada, the United States, and Europe.
Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Luke was a managing director at CPP Investments, where he led the experienced hires talent acquisition team for the Americas and Europe. Prior to this, Luke spent several years with a boutique search firm in London, focusing on alternative asset management and sub-investment credit. He has lived and worked in Europe and North America.
