Mackenzie works with senior leaders across consulting and corporate markets to provide on-demand independent consultants, subject matter experts, and interim executives. She helps her clients solve critical talent gaps and deliver project-based solutions.
Before joining Heidrick & Struggles, Mackenzie was a vice president at GLG, where she led new business efforts within professional services. She worked with leading consulting and advertising firms on due diligence, benchmarking, and market research studies. Mackenzie began her career in client services at an asset management firm, Alliance Bernstein.
