Experience

Tom was a director at businessfourzero when Heidrick & Struggles acquired the firm in 2023. Over the past decade, he built a consulting career focused on leadership, culture, and strategy, working with Deloitte and a global management consulting firm before helping scale two boutique consultancies focused on leadership development and culture change. His clients have included major U.K. financial institutions, energy companies, retailers, and public sector organizations.

Tom has a strong track record of turning strategic ambition into operational execution, helping organizations embed culture and behavior change at scale across FTSE 100 and major public sector organizations.

Before beginning his consulting career, Tom served as a senior officer in London’s Metropolitan Police, where he led large teams in complex, high-pressure environments. This experience shapes his approach to transformation, giving him a practical understanding of what it takes to lead change in the messy reality of front-line delivery.
