Tim Yost is the chief financial officer of Heidrick & Struggles, based in Washington, D. C., and a member of the Management Committee.
Experience
Tim is an experienced financial executive known for building and scaling finance organizations in complex, high-growth businesses. He has more than 20 years of experience across public, long-term private capital, and private equity-backed companies, most recently as CFO of BlueVoyant, a cybersecurity platform.
Previously, as CFO of Consilio, he helped scale the business through organic growth and acquisitions, more than doubling revenue during his tenure and successfully recapitalizing the business. Earlier in his career, Tim was CFO at Axiom Global, Clark Construction Group, and Corporate Executive Board, where he strengthened financial operations, improved discipline and processes, and built high-performing finance teams.

Philanthropy and Service
In addition to his professional work, Tim serves as chair of the Junior Sailing Program at Miles River Yacht Club (MRYC), where he oversees youth sailing initiatives focused on skill development, safety, and fostering a lifelong appreciation for the sport. He also serves on the MRYC Foundation Board, helping to support the club's educational and community programs.
