Shin Shuda is Global CEO and Senior Managing Partner of Uvance Wayfinders, Fujitsu’s global consulting business. He joined Fujitsu in March 2025 to lead the unit’s international expansion and organizational transformation. His experience spans strategy, business transformation and digital transformation projects across Japan, North America and Australia, including senior roles at Accenture North America. He also served as Chief Marketing Officer of UNIQLO USA, where he supported the brand’s turnaround and growth in Western markets. Shuda holds a B.S. in Engineering from Brown University.

In this interview, Shin Shuda draws on his experience leading teams across Japan and North America to discuss how he has built momentum and credibility within teams during large-scale transformation. He also shares what an AI-first approach means in practice for the delivery of consulting services, and why ecosystem partnerships are critical to creating value to clients.
