Ravi Kyran is the CHRO at Bajaj Auto, an Indian multinational company that manufactures and sells motorcycles, scooters, and three-wheelers globally. He brings a wealth of HR and business leadership experience across both multinational and Indian-headquartered organizations. Since joining Bajaj in 2017, he has led the company’s global HR agenda, overseeing more than 10,000 employees across seven countries in the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Prior to Bajaj Auto, Ravi spent more than a decade at Texas Instruments in senior global HR leadership roles, including Vice President HR for the Worldwide Analog business based in Dallas, and HR Director for India operations.
