Anne-Frédérique Burgaud is a senior client principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Paris office and a member of the Consulting Practice. She helps leaders, teams, and organizations navigate complex transformations and unlock maximum potential.
Experience
Anne-Frederique began her career in strategy and organizational transformation consulting, supporting mid-cap companies and CAC 40 groups on performance, organizational effectiveness, process optimization, and talent development. Previously, she worked with public sector clients on financial recovery and HR function optimization projects in hospitals.
In 2016, she joined Heidrick & Struggles’ Coaching Practice, coaching and partnering with senior leaders to help them navigate complex transformations by aligning strategy, talent, and organizational design to deliver sustainable performance and competitive advantage.
Anne-Frédérique earned professional coach certifications from International Mozaik, the Saville Wave, Swift, Hogan, and MBTI. She is fluent in French and English.
