Chantal Clavier

Chantal Clavier is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ London office and leads the firm’s real estate sector within the global Financial Services Practice. She is also a member of the CEO & Board of Directors Practice, advising listed and private property companies, as well as real estate private equity portfolio companies, on board and leadership appointments.

Chantal works with clients across the real estate industry, including fund, investment, and asset managers; developers; family offices; and advisory firms, as well as operating businesses backed by real asset capital. Her work spans office, residential, industrial and logistics, retail, shopping centers, student accommodation, multifamily housing, data centers, senior living, self-storage, and hospitality.

She recruits chairs, chief executive officers, board directors, and senior executives across investment, development, and operating platforms. Her experience across both the investment and operational sides of real estate enables her to identify executives from adjacent sectors and bring broader leadership perspectives to clients.

Over more than 20 years in executive search, Chantal has advised clients across the UK, EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Canada on executive search, succession planning, leadership assessment, and team effectiveness. She is also an accredited executive coach.
