Christina D’Onofrio is a senior client principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Los Angeles office and a member of Heidrick Consulting, affiliated with both the Boston and Chicago offices. With more than 20 years of consulting experience on the people side of business transformation strategy and implementation, she has a deep understanding and passion for the human element of transformation.
Experience
Christina has expertise in corporate culture shaping, leader engagement and mobilization, strategic change management, talent optimization, workforce planning, organizational design, and HR transformation. Her management consulting experience includes Fortune and Global 500 companies and spans a broad range of industries, including life sciences, utilities, retail and consumer products, professional services, automotive, industrial high tech, oil & gas, and municipal and federal government.
Prior to joining Senn Delaney, Christina was a principal and North American people and performance capability leader at a global strategy and transformation consulting firm. She was previously a consultant with Ernst & Young Consulting Services.
