Dr. Marion Fengler-Veith is the partner in charge of Heidrick & Struggles’ Zurich office and regional leader of the Life Sciences Tools & Services sector in Europe and Africa. She is also a member of the Supply Chain & Operations Officers Practice. Marion spent several years working in Heidrick & Struggles' Philadelphia office in the U.S.
Experience
Marion specializes in filling senior management positions in the life sciences sector, with a particular focus on international commercial, technical operations and supply chain management, and R&D assignments.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Marion worked as a project manager and laboratory head in research and development for Lonza, headquartered in Basel, Switzerland. Previously, she was a research associate and post-doctoral researcher in academia in the UK and Germany. She is fluent in English and German.
