Elizabeth Ganz is a principal in Heidrick & Struggles’ Chicago and Atlanta offices and a member of the Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice. She specializes in recruiting senior executive leaders in the pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology, and healthcare services sectors.
Experience
Elizabeth works with clients across healthcare and life sciences segments, including established pharmaceuticals, emerging high-growth biotechs, and investor-backed service and technology companies, to advise on human capital issues and recruit leaders at the board, CEO, commercial leadership, and R&D leadership levels.
She is recognized for her exceptional client service, thorough search execution, comprehensive understanding of the life sciences industry, and her broad network of candidates.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Elizabeth spent several years in the life sciences industry working for Abbott Laboratories and Takeda Pharmaceuticals in government relations, executive sales, and marketing positions.
