Overview
Frank Halborg is a senior advisor in Heidrick & Struggles’ Copenhagen office and a member of the global Financial Services Practice. He advises CEOs and senior executives in the Nordic financial services sector and is a specialist advisor to several large international asset managers.
Experience
Frank has expertise in organizational development and talent management. He recruits CEOs, board members, and other top senior executives across the Nordic financial services sector. Having conducted more than 100 CXO recruitments, he has extensive expertise in banking, pensions, investments, P&C insurance, and infrastructure. As a senior advisor, Frank is supporting a number of chairmen and CEOs in people-related matters, including organization structure and effectiveness.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Frank was a partner in the financial services practice of another leading executive search firm. He began his executive search career in 2003. Before that, Frank spent ten years as a managing director in the banking industry, working within M&A, corporate banking, and asset management.
