Joe Huddle is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office. He is the sector lead for the Private Equity and Financial Officers practices and is a member of the global Industrial Practice.
Experience
Joe focuses on recruiting chief financial officers for public and private sectors, leveraging extensive experience with private equity sponsors. He is the sector lead for the private equity and financial officers practices at the intersection of industry, PE ownership, and portfolio company CFO leadership.
Joe’s industry sector experience spans light and heavy manufacturing, including discrete and process, value-added distribution, and business and industrial services.
Prior to joining Heidrick & Struggles, Joe was a managing partner of a large executive search firm's global industrial practice. He was co-head of the practice and, earlier, a North American industrial practice group leader.
Previously, Joe was a partner at a large global executive search firm, where he was a member of the global industrial practice and the supply chain COE. He completed numerous senior-level integrated supply chain management assignments.
Prior to his search career, Joe spent a decade in sales and marketing management roles in business process outsourcing.
